Always expanding his knowledge, Dr Kusek completed a course in "The Future Role of Lasers in Treatment for Peri-Implantitis." If you have any questions in regards to implants or laser treatments, please feel free to call our office for a consultation. 605-371-3443π·π¦·
Dear Patients,
We have always worked very hard to provide a safe environment at Dr. Kusek's office, and recently increased our efforts with additional precautions, like high-efficiency purifiers, high-volume evacuation systems, frequent disinfection of all touch surfaces, screening of staff and patients, and many others.
In a continuing effort to protect our patients and staff, we are adopting a new policy by asking anyone who enters our building to wear a protective face mask.
If you have an appointment scheduled with us, and you would like to wait outside of the office until your doctor or hygienist is ready for you, please give us a call to let us know you've arrived in the parking lot and we will let you know when you can come in and be escorted directly to the treatment room.
We appreciate each and every one of you, and we thank you so much for your cooperation.

Interesting Halloween Candy Fact:
Vox estimated that 300,000 tons of candy are sold during the Halloween season. In other words, "Six Titanics'" worth of sweets.
That is a lot of candy. Stay safe and warm this Halloween and don't forget to brush and floss after it all!
Dr. Kusek was a part of the Feeding First: Connect and Collaborate add on sessions today. He was lecturing on Tethered Oral Tissues and Beyond (Lip, Tongue and Buccal Ties).
We are very proud of Dr. Kusek's hard work and dedication in this area of the dental field. It has helped not only nursing babies and their mothers, but children and adults who experience speech issues, food aversions and so much more.
Meet David,

Please help us give him a warm welcome on this chilly South Dakota day.

Can cold weather cause toothaches?
Cold temperatures may increase the pain caused by ear, gum or jaw problems. If you have a crack, cavity or other entry point into the tooth, cold air can cause intense pain at the site of the tooth break or cavity.
We hope you stay safe and warm this weekend!
