USCIS will be increasing their filing fees effective October 2, 2020. In order to avoid the 20 percent increase, applications need to be received or post marked before this date.

USCIS implements the following guidelines on DACA:
- Initial DACA filings will NOT be accepted.
- DACA renewals and travel documents requests will be accepted.
- Renewal requests should be filed 120 to 150 days prior to expiration of Employment Authorization Document.
- Renewals are limited to 1 year.
