Then Dr Allen and Christina worked on my bridge. I am a needle phobic and I can honestly say that Dr Allen does an amazing job. Very gentle.

My name is Tiana. I was born and raised in the Treasure Valley of Idaho. I moved to central Oregon in 2017 and instantly fell in love with the location. I have been working customer service for over 7 years. If you think you’ve seen me around you probably have, I was here locally at Ace Hardware for a couple of years. When I’m not at work, I am doing side work to help the La Pine community. I enjoy helping others, exploring new places and meeting new people.

Don’t forget to floss!
Flossing removes plaque and tartar buildup between your teeth. Plaque bacteria, if not removed, can irritate your gum tissue and cause gingivitis, which is characterized by red, swollen, and bleeding gums.
Brush your teeth twice a day!
Failing to brush your teeth at the end of the day gives the bad bacteria in your mouth many hours to feast on the debris and release acids that cause tooth decay and gum disease. It can also be enough time to allow some of the soft plaque to harden into calculus that you cannot remove by brushing.
