LaBorde Therapy Center is an Occupational and Physical Therapy Clinic which has served the Lafayette, Morgan City, Broussard, Youngsville, New Iberia communities for over 27 years. At present we have locations in Lafayette, and Morgan City Louisiana. Our team of 6 therapists (Occupational, Physical and Speech) have extensive experience and specialty certifications in a variety of areas in addition to combined experience of over 96 years. L.T.C also boasts a certified Balance & Vestibular Specialist on staff.
An Occupational Therapist, Claudia Barfield LaBorde, the owner and Director has over 28 years experience in Burn Rehabilitation and Brain Injury rehabilitation in addition to being a Certified Hand Therapist.
There are 2 additional highly trained and experienced Occupational Therapists - one also a Certified Hand Therapist, and the other an Occupational Therapist for over 14 years. Rounding out the caring and personalized care L.T.C is known for in the Acadiana area, is our Physical Therapy team, who rehabilitate and treat neck, back and lower extremity injuries and conditions. Both physical therapists are very close to obtaining their Manual Therapy Certifications, while one is working toward his doctorate in PT - (D.P.T).
L.T.C also performs post-hire and functional capacity evaluations serving a variety of industries and client entities. The focus of LaBorde Therapy Center is on quality and efficient patient care and education, with innovative and personalized treatment techniques.
At LaBorde Therapy Center, we are trained to provide you with a thorough orthopaedic, neurological, or hand evaluation for your patient. After a complete evaluation is performed and your approval is received, your patient receives comprehensive outpatient therapy targeted at his/her particular problem.
