Because the rent drop box is being removed from the clubhouse on Jan. 1, we are urging anyone who still typically brings their payment to the office to sign up for one of the two available electronic payment options. We are here for you to help you get set up with these options, just give us a call. Payments being made starting Jan 1 can still be mailed to the Lake Village 400 Lake Drive address as well if electronic payments just won't work for you.

Good afternoon villagers........The pool is now currently open. The hot tub heater has gone down again and is currently being repaired. This will take a few days until parts arrive that have been ordered.
Update on spa.
We are working hard to get it back online. The attempted repairs to the heater have failed and I am working on approval for a new heater, as I have grown just as impatient as those wanting to get in the hot tub. Because I want to convert to the same high grade commercial model like we switched the pool over to, it will take a few days to have shipped, as these are not stocked locally, as they have a much higher cost than the normal grade heaters typically installed on our type of hot tub. Please bear with us as we get the new heater approved, shipped, and installed. Enjoyment of our community and amenities are of the upmost importance to me, and to our community owner, as they are to all of you, and this has priority until resolved.
