The Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep and cleanliness of a section of the apartment community, including parking lots, grounds surrounding the buildings, corridors, stairwells, laundry rooms, and mechanical rooms, if applicable.

Taking care of our residents is our first priority. After hours emergency requests for maintenance will be responded to promptly. For after hours emergencies, please call the emergency maintenance line by calling our office and following the prompt.
DO NOT SUBMIT EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE REQUESTS ONLINE. THE REQUEST WILL NOT BE SEEN UNTIL THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.
Qualified emergencies include: fire, flood, toilet overflowing or not working, plumbing leaks, standing water in sink or tub, gas fumes or odor, no utilities, no hot water, fridge or freezer not working, no parking lot lights (all, not just one), no corridor lights (all, not just one), oven or range not working, smoke alarm chirping or not turning off, resident lock out, broken lock, police call, and/or noise complaints.

The water is back on, the hot water tanks are currently heating up and will take around 20 minutes.
Update Building #6:
Water should be restored within the hour. We will post as soon as the valve is turned on.
Building 6:
The contractor is on site and starting the repair to restore water. Once we are notified that it is complete, we will update you here on Facebook and through email. We are currently contacting each apartment to have the faucets all turned back to the off position. If we are unable to reach you, we will need to enter to check the faucet position.

UPDATE Building 6 Water:
We currently do not have an ETA for the water to be restored in Building 6. We have a plumbing contractor that will be on site in the morning as well as the Clermont County Water Department. The clubhouse will be opening at 5:00 am for the residents in building 6 to use the facilities. If you need assistance throughout the night please contact our on call maintenance at 513-752-3245 and follow the prompts for the emergency line. Again we thank you for your patience during this time.
Building #6,
We are needing to gain access to each apartment to run all faucets and flush all toilets to attempt to push the air out of the line. We have started this process in the center of the building and working our way out in each direction.

As we head into the colder months, this is a reminder that all pet owners must still pick up after their pets. Waiting for the snow to cover it up is not a means of cleaning up. Also, be sure to keep your pet(s) on a leash whenever you are outside on community grounds.
Update for Building 14: Due to some technical issues, during mid-morning today, December 4th, you will experience another short loss of internet for approximately 30 minutes due to the placement of the new cables and the work needing done on the line for your building.
Attention Residents in Building 6-15:
Today, new cables were installed for our internet service. Starting tomorrow, we will begin to splice in new equipment and create smaller internet groups. This should give everyone on those current lines better speed and reliability. At 7:00am, they will start this installation and all will be without internet for approximately 15 minutes.
Building 14, during mid-morning, you will experience another short loss of internet for approximately 30 minutes due to the placement of the new cables and the work needing done on the line for your building.
