Peloton Bike Instructions:
It is a very easy process to get set up! Select “Take a Class” on the touch screen monitor.
If you have a Peloton account, click “Log In”, which is under the “Create Free Account” button.
If you don’t have an account, enter your information and select “Create Free Account”.
The left side of the screen lists the live classes and the right side lists the On-Demand classes.
To view the “Peloton 101” training, select “More” at the bottom right of the screen and then select “Peloton 101”.
When finished with your workout select the icon, on the bottom left, where your user name appears, and the “Log Out”.
If you download the Peloton app to your phone you can view the class schedule from your phone.

The first day of spring is finally here!
Today is the first day of spring, according to the astronomical definition. It is also called the spring equinox. Spring and "springtime" refer to the season, and broadly to ideas of rebirth, renewal and regrowth. At the first day of spring, days are close to 12 hours long with day length increasing as the season progresses.
