We bought a new lubricated cold saw this year for top quality metal cutting where precision is the top priority. We are constantly refreshing our tooling to maintain the best quality outcomes for our clients. Pardon the debris on it as it is used pretty much on a daily basis. Here is the new Plasma Cutting Machine "in action" which cuts metal based upon computer programming which makes repetitive or complex manuvers more "do-able." The final result is remarkable, precise and consistant. Please leave comments or questions below.
This is a before/after. The one with the dove on the ridgeline is the before. The client had a bubbling/peeling plywood base to the cupola. We created a powder-coated sheet metal veneer for the job and now it is smooth, glossy, and extremely durable which will last for decades more.
So after months of waiting (thanks to COVID), we have our Plasma CNC Machine in and running. Journeyman Priest is at the controls making some cutouts/filler pieces for an Automotive application. We are very, very happy with the results.

A common request here at LSM Corp is to build range hood vent stacks or vent covers. Here a customer had one come with his vent but it was way too short from the factory so we made one the proper length. Ours is the one covered in the white protective film so the stainless steel doesn't get damaged upon installation.
