Lana Nirenstein, MD, is a pediatric orthopedist at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Queens, affiliated with NewYork-Presbyterian Queens. She provides care to children from birth to adolescence with musculoskeletal conditions, including growth-related problems, spinal deformity, injury and fractures and congenital and hereditary disorders.
Dr. Nirenstein is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, and the Brooklyn Orthopedic Society and has presented and published clinical research on the top of spinal deformity. After graduating from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Dr. Nirenstein served her completed her internship and residency at Maimonides Medical Center. She completed her fellowship in orthopedics at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.
