Landmark Title Agency South protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic Our customers and community are at the heart and core of our business. We are taking the COVID-19 outbreak and national crisis seriously while we remain open for business. Our hearts go out to those globally who have been and continue to be impacted. In addition to excellent customer service, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our priority. As such we want to inform you of our enhanced measures to protect you and the Landmark team: • We are closely following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other local and national health organizations. • Our office is well-stocked and cleaned with disinfectant cleaning supplies. Sanitization cleanings are performed after each closing appointment. • Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available for customers. Our employees are mandated to practice frequent handwashing. • We ask that if you are ill, have been around someone who is ill or recently traveled to an area impacted by COVID-19 that you refrain from coming to the office if at all possible. Please call to reschedule your appointment. If any of our employees are not feeling well, they will not be on duty. • New pens will be distributed to each closing participant and not re-used. • All reading materials and re-usable items have temporarily been removed from our lobby. • For the safety of children brought to closings, play areas are temporarily in storage. • Social distancing is being strictly enforced and practiced by employees and customers. We may, under advisement, have clients sign a health disclosure prior to their closing. We have implemented the above procedures on the closing side to keep everyone as safe as possible. The problem we are seeing now is on the production side with the closure of county exam and recording offices that will further delay the process.
