Welcome to Landmark Title Company! Landmark is a licensed title insurance agency that has been providing title and escrow services to satisfied clients throughout the state of Utah since 1987. Our offices are strategically located throughout Salt Lake County for the convenience of our clients. Through correspondent relationships, we are also able to provide title and escrow services to clients in those counties lying outside of Salt Lake County.

Title department:
Landmark maintains a state-of-the-art, in-house title plant which allows our associates to conduct title search and examination functions within our main office. Our title plant includes an online search function, a direct computer link to the Salt Lake County Recorder, the Salt Lake County Treasurer and the Utah Division of Corporations. We employ veteran title examiners who have decades of experience in dealing with the unique issues involved in the search and examination of title to both residential and commercial properties.
Escrow department:
Landmark offers settlement services at each of our three offices. Our escrow officers are familiar with all forms customarily used by realtors and lenders in the structuring of a sale or loan and they are proficient in the preparation of settlement statements and other documents required for the completion of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Our escrow officers are licensed by the Utah State Insurance Department and complete annual continuing education courses to sharpen their skills and stay abreast of new developments in the marketplace.
