In response to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), your Lane’s Team is continuously monitoring and following all guidance provided from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DEHC) to reduce the threat of COVID-19 to our employees and our customers. In addition to the normal daily safety precautions Lane’s technicians observe (safety boots, safety clothing, gloves, etc.), our technicians and customer service representatives are:
• Not shaking hands with customers.
• Avoiding touching their eyes, nose, and mouth.
• Avoiding close contact with people who are sick.
• Covering their cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throwing the tissue in the trash.
• Washing their hands; or, using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer, after each service (technicians) and after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing their nose, coughing, or sneezing.
• Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces.
• Staying home if they feel sick.

Earwigs like to living on small amounts of debris and enjoy eating on other bugs. For protection from predators these little bugs can squirt foul-smelling yellow liquid in the form of jets from scent glands. They can also use their pincers in defense!! If you are seeing these little critters around your home feel free to give us a call and we will be happy to come out and take care of them!! Enjoy your day and have a wonderful Wednesday!!

Happy Taco Tuesday!! Today's tech is Steven whom is one of our Awesome Commercial Techs. Steven has been with us for one year. He enjoys playing with his children and spending time with family. During football season he enjoys watching his team, the Titans play football! Steven holds a registered technician card here in South Carolina and is from Maryland. Steven is a team player and is always willing to stay late to make sure our customer's are taken care of!

He goes out of his way to take care of our customer's as well as volunteering to work some Saturday's if need be. Mike holds a registered technician card here in South Carolina and is from Maine.

Good Afternoon!! Today we have Wendi whom is our Office Coordinator! Wendi has been with us for a total of 3 years! She enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as loves going to the movies!! Wendi was born in Connecticut and traveled all over due to being a navy brat. Wendi is a bowl of cherries, she is full of life, enjoys making her Lane's team laugh and very dependable.
