Memorial Hospital has 67 caregivers in our four rehabilitation services - occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, and audiology. They see patients in the hospital, in our outpatient clinics (695 W. 2nd Street in Jasper for Rehab; 721 W. 13th Street in Jasper for Audiology), through Home Care, industries, and at Dale Family Medicine and Loogootee Family Medicine.

As of October 12, babies born at Memorial Hospital will receive a month's supply of diapers along with a book thanks to the Rotary Club of Jasper and Memorial Hospital Foundation.
The Rotary’s mission is to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through the improvement of health, the support of education, and the alleviation of poverty. The idea to provide diapers and a book to new babies falls directly in line with the Rotary's mission and is aligned with Memorial Hospital's mission to “Be for Others.”

• Memorial Hospital’s Urgent Care Center, located at 507 East 19th Street in Huntingburg, will be closed on Thanksgiving. It will reopen on Friday, November 27, for regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• The Memorial COVID-19 Drive-Thru testing site, located at the corner of 3rd Avenue and Rumbach in Jasper, will be closed on Thursday, November 26 and Friday, November 27 for the Thanksgiving holiday. It will reopen on Monday, November 30, for regular business hours of 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
If you experience a medical emergency during the holiday, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Memorial Hospital’s Emergency Department is located at 800 West 9th Street in Jasper and is open 24 hours.
