Dr. Hecker is a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, American College of Physicians, American Society of Hematology and American Society of Clinical Oncology, and has had more than thirty articles and more than one dozen abstracts published in a variety of medical journals including Science, Cancer Research, Nucleic Acids Research, and Proceedings of the National Academy of Science.
