If your pet requires emergency care, please call Berks Animal Emergency & Referral Hospital (Shillington) at (610) 775-7535, or PETS (Lancaster) at (717) 295-7387. If your pet has a minor problem, call us at (610) 678-2525 and discuss with the Client Care Representative whether a photo or video consult might be possible. Should you need a refill of a prescription medicine or pet food, call as usual and we will provide this to you within 48 hours. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times!
