All procedures at Las Vegas Aesthetics are performed exclusively by Thomas Pulice, PA-C (Physician Assistant).
Since 1996, Thomas has been involved in taking care of patients – in one way or another. Starting his career in New York after attending Brooklyn Hospital’s Physician Assistant Program he chose an initial path of seemingly countless 70 hour work weeks performing at best estimate approximately 5000+ Cardiothoracic surgeries. In addition to 1st & 2nd assisting in cardiac surgery was the addition of helping run a 26-bed Cardiac ICU; a fabulous learning experience, but after six years of high-level intensity, it was time for change.
Thomas transitioned into a few years of Plastic & Reconstructive surgery with non-surgical aesthetics sprinkled in. After 2 years, the lead surgeon retired, the practice closed and this signaled the moved to Las Vegas for Thomas in 2004. After arriving, Thomas perfected the art of non-surgical facial aesthetics e.g. Botox, Juvederm, Restylane etc… Oddly enough, a few years into aesthetics, Thomas received a call with a request to return to the Operating room and what was expected to be just a few months at Nellis AFB doing General Surgery quickly turned into over three years. Nellis was another great experience but after logging another 1000 or so cases it was time to get back into non-surgical aesthetics.
