If you needed heart surgery, would you go to a general surgeon? No, you would go to a heart specialist. What distinguishes highly competent personal injury lawyers from other lawyers is board certification in a certain area of law. Ready to talk? Call us now at (888) ROCKY-88.

Someone in Texas is killed or hurt in a crash that involves alcohol about every 20 minutes. Tarrant County law enforcement is cracking down on intoxicated driving this Labor Day weekend. A "No Refusal" weekend means drivers pulled over for suspected impaired driving who refuse to take a routine breath test will instead be subject to a court-ordered blood test.
Happy Fourth of July! Have fun and stay safe! 😎

I met Mallory Moore earlier this spring at UTA while I was a guest speaker addressing officers of fraternities and sororities about Risk Management. Mallory introduced herself as a UTA nursing student and president of Delta Delta Delta Sorority. At a gathering in March of 2019, Mallory observed a highly intoxicated Sigma Chi pledge being required to consume even more alcohol. As a nursing student, Mallory felt the pledge had alcohol poisoning and would die if he did not receive emergency care. Mallory knew if she called 911 it would take at least 15 minutes before help would arrive. Therefore, Mallory rushed the pledge to Arlington Memorial and they arrived within four minutes. The pledge “coded” as they got to the hospital and he had a blood alcohol of .45%, but the hospital saved his life. Cases this high are normally fatalities.
Mallory Moore is a True Hero.

WARNING! YOUR FAMILY MAY BE AT RISK!
If you are like most people, you and your family are in danger of insufficient auto insurance coverage. Most people have minimum liability coverage of $30k and minimum UIM (Under Insured Motorist) coverage of $30k. That is not enough coverage if you are seriously injured and need prolonged treatment and/or surgery. UIM is VERY cheap! Having $1 million in UIM coverage is approximately $50 per car for six months coverage. You don’t have to wait until your policy renews to increase your coverage. Call your agent today and increase your UIM coverage. Remember, your UIM coverage cannot exceed your liability coverage. We recommend at least $250k liability and UIM coverage to protect you and your family.
Another great celebration at our firm...Kati Trenton Crouch is expecting her first baby soon. Benjamin Edward Crouch is expected to join our work family on March 18, 2021! We had a baby shower brunch for baby Benjamin earlier today. Congratulations, Kati and Trenton Crouch! We are beyond excited for you both! ❤
This past weekend, we celebrated the 20-year work anniversary of paralegal, Michelle Cunningham Patton Giesecke, by providing an all expense paid stay at Winstar Hotel and Casino, including gambling money! It is one of Michelle’s and spouse’s favorite trips. Michelle, thanks again for your dedication and hard work over the years. 😄❤️
UNINSURED / UNDERINSURED MOTORIST COVERAGE!
UM/UIM is coverage that protects you in the event you are hit by another driver who has no insurance or insufficient insurance. UM/UIM is VERY cheap and can be as inexpensive as a monthly Netflix subscription. You don’t have to wait until your policy renews to change your coverage. Call your agent today and make sure you have UM/UIM coverage. We recommend that everyone carries at least $250k in liability and UM/UIM insurance on their auto policies.
Our work family recently grew a little bigger. Baby Benjamin arrived two weeks early. Benjamin was delivered at Texas Health Harris Alliance on Friday, March 5, 2021. Baby and Kati Trenton Crouch are doing very well. Welcome to the Rocky Walton work family, Benjamin!
