Greg Wagner has been practicing law since 1981 handling criminal defense and personal injury cases, Born in Daytona Beach, the son of a prominent lawyer, Mr Wagner first practiced with his father Maurice Wagner. After graduating from the University of Florida in 1985 Mr Wagner attended Law School in Spokane, Washington at Gonzaga Law School. He returned home to work with his father and Dick Bertone. In 1981 Mr Wagner opened his own Law firm and has handled 1000s of criminal cases as well as several hundred Auto Accident claims. Mr Wagner has earned awards for his work with Homeless families and juvenile delinquents. Mr Wagner was awarded the Teen Court Founders Award , and Outstanding Homeless Advocate Award. Mr Wagner has been married to Josie for 30 years and together have 3 kids,the oldest son graduating Law School this past year.He offers free consultation and will finance fees if necessary.
