If you have an attorney and your attorney has been in contact with our office, you do not need to appear. Second Appearance is scheduled for Friday, November 13, 2020, at the Marc H. Westbrook Judicial Center, 205 East Main Street, Lexington, South Carolina. If you were mailed notice to appear, please arrive at the designated time on your paperwork with a face mask. If you have an attorney and your attorney has been in contact with our office, you do not need to appear.
