Jay C. Bianco has over 15 years of legal experience. He concentrates in the areas of estate planning and elder law.
He has extensive experience in all aspects of estate planning and elder law, from simple wills and trusts to complex trusts, special needs trusts, long term care planning, Medicaid crisis planning and asset protection.
Jay is also very experienced in family, criminal and personal injury law. He has practiced in Rhode Island District, Superior and Family Courts and the District and Superior Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Jay is licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts State Courts and Rhode Island Federal Court. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Wealth Counsel and Elder Counsel. He serves on the Probate and Trust Bar Committee and Elder Law Sub-Committee of the Rhode Island Bar Association. He is also a member of the Rhode Island Association of Justice.
Jay earned his Juris Doctor degree from Roger Williams University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice from Roger Williams University.
Jay is married and has 5 wonderful children. He understands first-hand the importance of estate planning and asset protection.
