Another full not guilty verdict. After a small accident, client blew a .11 BAC and was arrested for DUI and child endangerment. After pointing out how CHP failed to do a proper investigation failed to follow their own policies and procedures, jury returned verdicts of NOT GUILTY on all counts.
Even though there were only 2 trials this year, due to the pandemic, it is another perfect year of wins in jury trials.
