This particular issue created a lot of issues in local courts this year. With lots of conflicting information and ever-evolving science, well-intentioned policy makers created "options" which just paved the way for more conflicts for divorced parents trying to exercise joint legal decision-making.

Disagreements About School During Covid Are Straining Families and Friends
Back in the Spring, our office sponsored a weeball team. Although they are currently unable to play, the kids sure are keeping the spirit alive - social distance style. We can't wait to watch these little guys and girls play and represent The Law Office of Joshua S. Reed as soon as it is safe to do so!

The Law Office of Joshua S. Reed takes seriously our responsibility to help slow the spread of COVID-19. We are continuing the actions we previously implemented to safeguard our employees and our clients.
Our office remains operational during regular business hours (8:30am - 4:30pm). However, to comply with the COVID-19 Face Covering Regulation, all clients and staff members must be wearing a mask or face covering while in our office. Additionally, an appointment will be required for all clients/visitors in order to limit contact between staff/clients and to properly sanitize between clients.
We also request that if you have been experiencing any symptoms or have potentially been exposed to the virus, please call us to reschedule your appointment or to schedule it via phone.
As always, we are available by phone or email for any questions you may have.

We sincerely hope that everyone is healthy and safe during this challenging time. While we are encouraging the option of a phone consultation, we are still available for in-person consultations for those without any cold, flu, or fever-like symptoms who need to execute documents, or have time-sensitive matters to discuss. In-person consultations will be scheduled on a limited basis to ensure there are no overlapping clients in the office, and that clients will only meet with one attorney at a time (Mr. Reed or Mr. Zinser). This will allow us the necessary time to sanitize the office surfaces in-between consultations. During this difficult time, our priority is to continue serving the needs of our client-base while following the recommendations of the CDC to protect the health and safety of our community.
Sincerely Yours,
-Joshua S. Reed, Dillon E. Zinser, and Brittany Moyers

We are looking to hire an intern to assist with billing, filing, and minor clerical work. Hours are slightly flexible, but we mainly need someone for a few hours on Wednesdays or on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The position would be perfect for a law student or someone looking to gain legal experience. The position is unpaid.
