We see this time and time again at our child injury law firm. This story is one example, among many, which highlights why we are advocating for mandatory video cameras in all daycares. The cost of a basic system which can record and store data is minimal and if a
business wants to care for, and profit from, children the least it can do is invest in a camera system. Kids often cannot advocate for themselves and adults in a position of trust and power over a child should not be concerned about their actions being recorded, or else there is a problem.
