To our beloved clients: this is such an uncertain time. I have been getting a lot of questions already about parenting time exchanges. They should continue as normal, however if you have any inkling you have been exposed to the virus, please do the right thing and don’t jeapordize your child.
The shelter in place order issued today by Governor Whitmer exempts parenting time exchanges. Your children are scared too. They need both parents. Please act reasonably.
We’ve spent the past few days learning about an exiting new way to handle divorce cases so we can better serve our clients. There is a better way than to have an ugly contested and expensive case.
Last court appearance of 2019! We hope everyone has a happy holiday season!
New Blog post on the importance of Post-Divorce Estate Planning. We will be covering these topics in a lot of depth in the upcoming weeks. If you are Divorced, this series of articles will be a must read.
