Christine Nelson has been fighting for the rights of injured California workers for over 15 years. A 1993 graduate of Southwestern Law School, Christine has experience representing injured workers as well as insurance companies. Christine has been certified as a Workers' Compensation Specialist by the State Bar of California since 2005. In 2009, she left her position as a partner of a large firm in Ventura to open her practice: a boutique law office in Westlake Village advocating solely for injured workers.
Most recently, Christine opened her second location in the Antelope Valley. "This office was established for the convenience of my existing clients as well as the growing demand in this community for quality legal representation in this field," said Christine. "Over the last decade, workers' compensation laws have changed significantly, mostly benefitting the insurance companies. Now, more than ever, proper legal representation can dramatically affect medical treatment and indemnity payments as well as the outcome of a case. I want all my clients to understand and obtain all the benefits to which they are entitled." Along with Christine's extensive background, compassion and personal attention separates her offices from impersonal large firms. Christine and her staff have the experience and knowledge you can trust. Bilingual legal assistants. Free consultations.
