Since 1988, George Metcalfe Sr. has litigated and mediated thousands of family law cases in Miami and in Central Florida, both highly contested and amicably settled, involving no children or many children, and involving marital estates of limited or of substantial value.
A successful outcome is determined by how many clients are well served, not how many cases go to trial each year. Serving clients' legal needs means making sure that there is a clear understanding of the legal issues which will be confronted along the way. Personal attention and communication are priceless. Mr. Metcalfe is committed to provide each client the attention which each client deserves. New clients are often surprised with telephone calls which are returned promptly and personally. Mr. Metcalfe devotes time to teach clients what is important in legal decisions. This way the client and attorney together are able to weigh options, risks, costs and the likeliness of various outcomes. Now, you can call upon your lawyer to introduce and guide you through matters of federal taxation and its ramifications to your decisions.
As a tax lawyer, Mr. Metcalfe can represent and guide you in matters of innocent spouse and other spousal relief matters which involve your marriage and the IRS.
