How Dangerous Are Construction Sites?

Jayquan Henderson in Monmouth County, New Jersey. This was the first matter in New Jersey to be tried to conclusion with jurors at home participating virtually during both jury selection and the trial.
The plaintiff claimed she suffered a lumbar disc herniation in a motor vehicle crash which was treated with chiropractic care. The defendants denied that they caused any permanent injury and made no offer to resolve the case. The matter was tried to conclusion and the jury found in favor of the plaintiff and awarded $255,000.00 for her injuries.
As of this date, while there have been additional virtual jury trials in New Jersey; there are no reported verdicts in favor of the plaintiff other than the within trial handled by Nelson, Fromer, Crocco & Jordan.
