ANOTHER DELICIOUS RECIPE...
STRAWBERRY CAKE...TASTES LIKE SPRING!
1 box white cake mix
3 TB. plain flour
1 (3 oz) box strawberry jello
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed and chopped up
4 eggs
Combine cake mix, flour, Jello and water. Add oil and eggs, one at a time, beating well between. Add strawberries. Beat 2 minutes. Pour batter into well greased and floured 9×13 pan. Bake at 350* for about 45 minutes until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Strawberry Cream Cheese frosting
This frosting is runny. Don’t be scared when it doesn’t look like frosting. It is yummy.
1 stick butter, softened
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen strawberries -- thawed & pureed
4 cups powdered sugar
Mix with mixer adding powdered sugar slowly or it will go everywhere!
I cut pieces individually and poured the frosting over as I served. That way it looks prettier.

Parmesan Ranch Chicken!!!!!!
Combine: 3/4 Cup Crushed Cornflakes. 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese. 1 Packet Of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix. Dip 8 Chicken Halves In Melted Butter And Then Roll In Cornflake Mix. Place In Greased 9x13 Pan. Bake @ 350 For 45 Min. These were awesome. Husband said they were the best chicken tenders he's ever had--even better than fried! I would really suggest getting a stone baking dish. They are the key to making crispy thing crispy.
