Unfamiliar with this part of life, the entire staff went out of their way to treat us like close family. I just got my student evaluations back from my summer session class (Ohio and Kentucky Workers' Comp) and they were really spectacular. I've got to brag on myself and share a couple of these:
"This professor is a great motivator and speaker."
"Couldn't ask for more than his knowledge level."
"I did a lot of research in this class just so I could ask better questions. He has a way of making you want to learn."
"Very well taught class! I wish you taught more classes at Chase!"
"A lot of work and reading in his class but if you do the work it made the class fun and interesting. The online platform is not always easy but Professor Lawrence made it smooth as possible"
"One of my favorite classes and subjects and this was one of my favorite and best taught classes I have had at NKU. I would like to see this professor teach more classes. his style appeals to the students. his knowledge and presentation of the material was great! wish I could take his class again"

This was my third year teaching but I reformatted the class to drop the textbook and go straight from Westlaw/Lexis before the pandemic and then reformatted again once I knew I'd be teaching remotely the first time. It was hard work but this really makes it pay off!
