1. Keep up your routine- Sugar at home! We have at-home kits available
2. Exfoliate- Gently exfoliate to avoid ingrown hairs
3. Moisturize! Skin is generally drier in the colder months
4. Lukewarm showers- Avoid very hot showers as they tend to strip your skin of natural oils
5. Check your growth- Hair tends to grow slower in the colder months, so you may be able to wait a little longer between appointments!
