The House has passed the #PPP Flexibility Act, which extends the forgiveness period for expenses from 8 to 24 weeks, extends the rehiring deadline, increases the limitation on nonpayroll expenses for loan forgiveness from 25% to 40%, extends the program to Dec. 31, extends loan terms from 2 to 5 years, and gives full access to payroll tax deferment for businesses that take PPP loans. We applaud the bi-partisan support for flexibility in PPP loan guidelines, and will keep you updated as the bill moves forward
