Visits with Santa is a truly different Santa Experience which is like nothing else your child has ever done! In their uninterrupted Visit with Santa, your child gets to share their Wish List, talk with Santa about anything they want to, ask Santa questions, and even sing carols! If they are on the shy side, don’t worry, we have plenty of patience and time.
Visits with Santa will have the southern charm of our "Savannah Courtyard". The courtyard will be set for the magic of Christmas in rich reds, warm antique metals, and rustic greens sprinkled with frosty accents and twinkling lights. Sharing gift wishes is just the beginning in this personalized, magical visit. Each appointment includes a very special gift from Santa, you get to choose two beautiful 5x7" prints, order meaningful gifts for your home and family, plus much more.
Pets are welcome, just let us know so we don't schedule pets back to back.

SAFETY:
How safety will work...
We will book 2 familes/hr (instead of our regular 4). Sessions will be 15 minutes each, which gives us 15 minutes between families to sanitize our person, The Gallery (waiting area), Studio 1, and the Ordering Room. Families will enter through the front door close to the waiting area and camera room. Down the hall from Studio 1 is the Ordering Room, families will exit through the side door next it after choosing their gifts. This will limit close contact with other families. Masks are at your discretion. Please maintain the 6' guidelines as best as possible. We will have hand sanitizer every where.
Studio 1 is 12’ x 35', I will shoot from about 15' away with zoom lenses. The ordering room will be set up as best as possible to maintain social distancing. The room is only 11’ x 12’ with a 6 person table in the middle.
¹. If you choose to include your extended family (example: cousins) and split a session, you can but both families will be charged full price, both families will receive 2 5x7s.

HOT COOKIES!!!!!! Visits with Santa Portaits has an EXTRA SPECIAL treat for each child... HOT COOKIES!! Yes, Oh Sugar will be making her special gluten friendly and regular batter HOT COOKIES at the studio!! Each session comes with 1 Hot Cookie credit per child participating... if your little one doesn't care for cookies, grab it for yourself! Have you seen Kennesaw’s newest residents lining Main Street? During the month of October, over 60 scarecrows will line Main Street for the City’s inaugural Scarecrows on Main!
VOTING IS NOW OPEN! "Like" the image in the album below of your favorite scarecrow! The top three scarecrows will be awarded a “People’s Choice” award, and the scarecrow with the most likes will receive bragging rights, as well as a $100 prize. Second place will receive a $50 prize, and third place will receive a $25 prize.
Voting will be open through October 25. The winner will be announced the week of October 26.

Here's "Before Morning Coffee" my second Merit Image.
Competition is to help grow your skills. I have been encouraged in the last few years to enter competitions to become a better photographer. I submitted 4 images and 2 were selected for Merits.
“Just Sliding By” and "Before Morning Coffee" won 2020 Merit Awards from the Professional Photographer’s Association Professional Photographers of America during the International Print Competition. There were 5,083 prints submitted this year and 1,706 merited! That's 33.5% of all images submitted!! Another 865 earned the prestigious "LOAN".
Thanks to all my fellow photographers who have encouraged me to stretch myself every day to be better.
As a photographer, you always want to challenge yourself to get better at your craft. To do this, I entered the International Photographers Competition with PPA for the first time. I submitted four images that I have worked on. I am so excited to announce that two of those images have MERITED!!! That means they are some of the best of the best! I can't share them just yet, because they have to go through another round of judging for Loan. When I can I will! But I am so excited about this achievement! I also have to give a shout out to Alisha Cline for encouraging me to enter and critique my images!

It's all about perspective....
Capturing a seagull in flight has been something I do every time I'm at the beach. The family always asks me how many bird pictures do I have.
Visit with Santa is a wrap for 2020!!! During the four weekends, we photographed 60 families (including our special Thursday edition). It was a tremendous amount of work, lots of people involved who without them. this would have been a non happening. To those that joined us for the fun, thank you for your business!!
