Keep you thermostat fan to ON position, it is fine to run like this and will continue to circulate cool air even when condenser is not active.
With these extreme temps, it will be difficult for many units to keep up, set thermostat at 73 or higher, which will feel like heaven compared to outside temps..
You can also help the situation by making sure your filters are clean and furniture is not blocking the supplies in each room.
