Did a quick video recording for Margo a few weeks ago. She was scheduled to be an usher at her temple for Rosh Hashanah. She had to record a greeting for the congregation and upload the video to the temple since they were doing it all online this year. We captured her speaking as a video, edited it and uploaded it to the temple for her.

Cari brought in her Olympic and other professional running videos to preview on our VCR and then had us transfer them to digital files on an external hard drive. She is glad to share them with her daughters before they compete next weekend in one of the same locations.
Cindy brought in her video tape to transfer to DVD of when her court case was tried on Judge Judy. How exciting!
This is super 8mm film clip of the New York skyline from the 1970's. A client brought in several reels for us to transfer to DVD. Most of the footage was the standard family footage of days on the lake, Christmas celebrations, Birthdays and Easter. I spotted this brief clip of the New York skyline.

I love the creative containers that you bring your old media in. This metal mint container was shipped to us from Maryland. We opened in cautiously as we had no idea what this cute little container held. We were surprised to see a safely wrapped little micro cassette that we transferred to an mp3 file on a flash drive.
This is a creative modern 8mm film creation. A student from the Denver film school brought in his project for class and had us transfer it to DVD. We added some of our royalty free music which adds a nice touch. We find his footage to be rather creative and interesting....what message does it give you?

Throw back Halloween image. I remember these sad boxed costumes that we were so happy with. One year I was super man!
Jim brought in an interesting film from the 50s about a Navy hazing tradition where seamen change from a slimy Pollywog (one who hasn’t crossed the equator) to a trusty Shellback (after they cross). A Navy seaman is considered a slimy Pollywog (one who hasn’t crossed the equator) until he has crossed the equator then he becomes a trusty Shellback. This film documents the hazing that was done to commemorate the event. We transferred this 8mm film for a client and gave him High definition digital files. Note the appearance of King Neptune, his court and the royal baby who's stomach they have to kiss. It concludes with them taking a royal bath in a pool of sea water. Shelley brought in this charming 1040’s photo of her brother that was stuck to the glass. In the photo her now deceased brother is posed while fishing….in a bucket! We scanned the photo through the glass then scanned it again once we removed it from the glass and scanned it again. The glass was anti-glare so the photo is much sharper when no behind the glass.

. In the last month we worked on projects from literally all over the country (including Missouri, New Hampshire, Alaska, Wyoming, Florida, New York, Nebraska, Virginia, Washington and Guam! Have no fear we just keep working away and still keep taking in more and more projects. Our turnaround time is still 7-10 days so plenty of time for bringing in your Christmas projects.
Work is coming to us from some people still cleaning up storage areas during the pandemic, others being evacuated by nearby fires, others have lost family members due to covid and are having old family media digitized and some planning ahead with preserved family memory Christmas gifts.
