About Dr. Lee
David H. Lee, DDS, MSD, is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics practicing at Lee Orthodontics in Concord, California. Dr. Lee offers a variety of orthodontic services, including traditional and Invisalign® clear aligners, self-ligating braces, jaw surgery, and other treatment solutions for conditions like misaligned bites and TMJ syndrome.
In addition to his affiliation with the American Association of Orthodontists, Dr. Lee also maintains active memberships with the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, and the AAOF Vanguard Society.
Graduating from the University of California San Diego with a degree in animal physiology and neuroscience, he went on to attend the University of Southern California in Los Angeles on a U.S. Navy scholarship, graduating as the class valedictorian with his doctorate in dental surgery. Dr. Lee also completed his residency with distinct honors in Advance Education in General Dentistry with the Navy.
Dr. Lee served for two years as the only dentist on the USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6), maintaining the dental health of more than 1,200 sailors. During that time, Dr. Lee was also deployed to Iraq for six months. Once he completed his military duty, Dr. Lee was selected as one of eight residents to continue their studies at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, where he earned his Masters of Science in dentistry and orthodontics, one of the highest ranking programs in the country.
When not serving his patients, Dr. Lee likes staying active. He enjoys playing tennis, skiing, snowboarding, fly fishing, and traveling. In his downtime, he prefers relaxing with his family and friends.
