If anyone is trying to reach our office this afternoon (9/10/20) wonderful Comcast has gone down, this taking our phones and internet down with it. We apologize for the inconvenience, and will get back with you as soon as they restore our connection. Thank you.
I would think it would go without saying, but just a reminder to anyone, if you are sick (with anything), please do not come to your closing. We can find alternate methods for you to execute your documents. Also, lenders and agents, please let your clients know that only essential parties to the closing should come to our office. Anyone who is not a party to the transaction will be asked to remain in their car. Thank you.
Hello all! Since every company from Burger King to Sunglasses Hut has emailed me their Covid-19 plan, I felt I should let all of our clients know what we are doing at our office to keep our clients and visitors safe. We intend to continue business as usual, and continue to meet our clients demands for their closings, with a few changes. We have instituted a no handshake policy to limit physical touching. We also wipe down the chairs, table, door knobs and pens with a Clorox wipe after every closing. Finally, if any of clients are concerned about signing with the other parties, we can arrange separate signing sessions so that buyers and sellers are not executing documents at the same time. We look forward to continue to see all of you in some capacity, even during these strange times that we are enduring. To anyone who is sick, or has a loved one sick, we pray for your safety and recovery, and we pray for an end to this tragedy as soon as possible.
If anyone is trying to reach our office via email this morning, our internet service is out. Per Comcast, it is out in this “area”, so I don’t know how big of an area is included. Please know, we will respond as soon as service is restored, or you may call us at 770-386-1980, as our phone lines are working. Thank you.
I had the privilege of helping this beautiful family finalize their adoption of all three of these wonderful kids this morning. It is truly a blessing each time I get to do this.
In my business, we get to see a lot of happy faces as people buy their dream homes. However, nothing can quite compare to the joy a family experiences on adoption day. I was blessed to be able to help the Gregory Family adopt not 1, not 2, but 3 children this morning! It was a true joy and blessing to be part of this process with them.
As with many people this morning, our phones are down due to the storm damage. We do have internet, however, so if you need us please email. Thank you.
Please note that our office will be closed Wednesday-Friday, 12/23-12/25 for Christmas. We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
