We have just about finished working on the “Auburn” trail at the back of the site. We did some clearing & re-routing of the trail, put down stone dust, a new retaining wall and fence along parts of the trail.
Our crew is now finishing up the brick on the new Starbucks building coming soon☕️

We have added a 12,000 sq ft addition to the back of Home Power Systems.
Then take a few steps right next door where we are building a 30,000 square foot flex building for Swetman Properties.
Welcome to the new building for Relph Benefit Advisors and The Dolomite Group.
Located in Panorama Park, these two offices are nearly complete.
After a few finishing touches and the addition of furniture, these spaces will be ideal for today's office space requirements. The layout provides safe in-person collaboration by ensuring that employees are appropriately distanced from each other.
This building will be complete in a few weeks, with only a few vacancies left.

The farmhouse-themed, Americano-Gastro pub restaurant we are working on is expected to open mid-December in the village of Webster and will definitely be the “talk of the town”.

Project Managers, Austin & Carl have started out the new year with their team continuing to show great progress at the Parcel 2 project in downtown Rochester.
HVAC is beginning to get completed on the 4th and 5th floor just in time for the frigid cold, framing is just about ready on those 2 floors for drywall, brick and siding on the exterior is getting completed and in about another week or so, the rest of the windows will be getting installed.
