Eve Briggs is Chef Gene's talented 18 year old daughter, and not only is she an excellent cook who runs the line at SouthPark, you can thank her for the creation of the Blueberry Cornbread Muffin with Lemon Sorbet served on our dessert menu {along with other delicious menu items}.

Tega Hill Farm has been serving fresh produce to the Carolinas since 1970. This family-run South Carolina farm uses hydroponic gardening, which is an alternative method of growing plants without soil, leaving the water to do all the work.
Mark and Mindy Robinson have been providing lettuce, micro greens, vegetables and herbs since Legion Brewing SouthPark opened, and Chef Gene has been personally buying from them for his kitchens since 2003. Head brewer Scott Griffin has also used their products in past beer production.
