In preparation for supporting "HUNGER AWARENESS MONTH" in October, Leix Dental will be hosting a food drive through November 2020 and collecting donations for the local Crystal Lake Food Pantry. In the season of giving we are feeling extra thankful and wanting to extend our help to our neighbors in need. We have attached a form from the local food bank listing specific items in short supply. Utilize the list provided for the most healthful food donations for our neighbors; or, feel free to bring your personal "fall pantry clean up" supplies with you to your next wellness visit. We will provide a donations collections box in our reception area where you are able to drop supplies off Monday through Thursday 8-5pm. If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding the food drive please call the office.
