The first air conditioning system wasn’t actually built for your home. In 1902, Willis Carrier designed the first AC unit in an effort to prevent his papers in his publishing house from expanding and contracting.
Does anyone else feel like they blinked and just like that September was over!? Well, here's to October! Leaves are going to start changing colors and falling off... If you're still using your AC unit make sure you check to make sure that your outdoor unit is not being affected by the leaves falling. Make sure to clean around it, and clean off anything on the outside of it with a hose (no attachments) Are you still needing to schedule an appointment for your furnace, or pellet stove clean & check? Give us a call today at 970 353 3527 and let us get you scheduled!
Happy Friday Everyone!! Hope you all have a great day & weekend!

"Brandon came and cleaned out ducts and was fast, polite, and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone." - G. Hasty
Way to go Brandon! Thank you for all you do!
I know, I know we have been mentioning it from time to time to get your Furnace Maintenance completed but the reason behind that is if you are not maintaining your HVAC system every year it tends to get run down, which then will become less efficient. When it becomes less efficient it works harder, which leads to high energy bills. Bringing in a Lemons Heating & Cooling Technician to do yearly maintenance lets us help bring any major concerns to your attention before you are left stranded at the coldest time of the year or with high energy bills. Give us a call today at 970-353-3527 we would be glad to get you on the schedule.
Let's talk Duct Cleanings real quick. As we all know our beautiful state has been under fire in MULTIPLE locations. Like mentioned before in previous post the smoke from wildfires is a blend of gases and particles which also includes carbon dioxide, water vapor, carbon monoxide, hydro carbons, etc. The tiny particles can trigger breathing issues which can eventually lead to bronchitis, and/ or pneumonia. All that ash, dirt, dander get sucked in from outside and then reside in your ducts and you never see if, but you breath it. We have started doing anti-microbial with our duct cleanings to help disinfect, sanitize your ducts to help kill micro organisms, mold, mildew, bacterial growth, algae, while also eliminating odors from our pets, smoke etc. Want to know more about the benefits of the anti-microbial as well a duct cleaning feel free to call 970-353-3527. We will be happy to answer any questions.
Happy Happy Friday!! Hope you all are enjoying the last bit of hot/warm weather we have left. It's never too late to schedule for your furnace clean and check! Don't fall behind and have it leave you cold at the wrong time. Give us a call at 970-353-3527 and let us get you scheduled.

Did you know: That Wildfire smoke is a blend of gases & particles that include carbon dioxide, water vapor, carbon monoxide, hydro carbons & other organic chemicals like nitrogen oxide & Trace minerals. With that being said breathing those tiny particles can trigger breathing issues that could also lead to bronchitis or even pneumonia.
It is recommended that filters are changed regularly to help keep clean air in the home. Also, hose down (without an attachment) the outside condenser to ensure that there is no ash or soot collected in the unit. If you haven't had a duct cleaning now is probably a good time to schedule one to get out what has gotten into the home to help your family breathing clean air. Give us a call to schedule a service or to schedule a duct cleaning at 970-353-3527
Happy Friday friends!
What a rough couple weeks it has been for our state. With the new fire that started in Boulder County to now residents in Estes Park being evacuated due to the Cameron Peak Fire, and others on standby just in case they get evacuated again. Our hearts go out to everyone that it has affected.
With our rounds of donations we were able to give some to Red Cross at a hotel that has evacuees there to help, a second round of water went to another Law Enforcement officer's wife to help get the water up to the fires to the fire fighters that are up there working, and a third round was split in two. One went to fire station #7 in Loveland, and the second half went to another fire station in Loveland. We have 10 cases here in the shop that are going to go out to either another fire station or to a camp ground where families are placed until they are able to go back home.
We are grateful for the generous donations that have been provided so far. We hope to collect more to keep getting them out to those in need, and let our first responders know that they have a great community here for them. Thank you guys again for the donations.
Let's not forget that even though the weather is not our usual "Winter weather", that we don't neglect the services for our furnaces.
It is recommended to make sure that filters are being changed regularly (usually monthly). As, clean filters help improve air flow, but also the efficiency of your heating unit. Make sure to get a Lemons Heating & Cooling technician to come do a routine maintenance on your furnace to make sure that it is in working properly. As a HVAC company we go through the furnace checklist to ensure that your furnace is working like it should, and make sure to bring any concerns that arise to attention so that they can be taken care of ahead of time. Give us a call today @ 970-353-3527 to schedule your Furnace Routine Maintenance
Happy Friday! Hope you all enjoy the sunshine!!!
