WE REMAIN OPEN BUT ARE RESTRICTING ACCESS TO OUR LOBBY and adjusting our check-in and checkout procedures to better protect our clients and staff.
Please follow the steps below for the safety of all:
• If you are healthy and have an appointment, upon arrival at our clinic, PLEASE REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLE OR OUTSIDE THE CLINIC and CALL 828-728-6713 or TEXT your name & pet’s name to 828-430-1155 to check in.
• After receipt of the call or text message we will check in your pet. When the doctor is ready to see your pet you will be called and asked to bring the pet to the front entrance door. YOU MUST WEAR A MASK. (Please answer your phone or you may be skipped.)
• PLEASE REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLE and DO NOT leave the premises during the entire time your pet is receiving medical care at our facility. (Unless instructed to do so.)
• Payments will be processed over the phone.
• If you need to pick up food or medication, call us upon arrival and we will meet you at the entrance door.
We thank you for you patience and understanding.

Appointments will start at 9am. Appointments previously scheduled prior to 9am will be rescheduled.

We know it is not easy to watch your pets walk into the building or into an exam room without you, or have conversations with the techs and doctors over the phone, especially the difficult conversations. We have been blown away by your willingness to work with us through these trying times and knowing that we love your pets, even more, when you are not there.
Thank you to our assistants and technicians for coming to work every day, even when it feels scary. They have adapted to all of these changes quickly and are continuously working together to make this transition go as smoothly as possible. They are the lifeline between our clients, our patients, and our doctors.
Thank you to our receptionists who also choose to come to work every day and have embraced new tasks in addition to all of the old ones. Their ears are glued to the phone as they juggle multiple calls at once and they have mastered the art of multitasking during this new routine.
Lastly, thank you to your incredible pets! They are the bright light that shines on us during the tough days and are what lies right in the middle of where a career and a passion meet.
We take our job as essential workers and the oath we took when we became veterinarians very seriously and will continue to provide the best possible care to your furry family members. We are so thankful for all the love, support, and understanding!
