Once & Done Philosophy.
Add glass and stone mosaic linear or square formats as an accent or as a feature to a shower wall or kitchen back splash for a nice flair.
Also if your stuck with a tiny master bath like some of us, adding a heated tile floor helps relieve some of the pain and new tile would catapult your bath area into the 21st century.
Tip....
Do not use floor tiles for wall applications. There many reasons not to use floor tiles as wall tiles. Many look very clunky on the wall anyway. Floor tiles have a COF or co-efficiency of friction, (lack of slipperiness) built into them which is a difficult surface to clean of soap scum on the lower portion of the shower area. Floor tiles are more crudely manufactured so that the require a wider grout line that is also not preferred in the shower area when it's time to do the cleaning.
Obviously we do not want to use slippery wall tiles or floor tiles on the floor application due to the litigious age we live in. You do not have to fall down to injure yourself, just an odd slip it all it takes. Easy to remedy when making good choices.
