“From the first phone call to the background questionnaire this practice pays attention to the details and the the customer! My appointment was COVID safe and the 75 minute examination was free. I went for the purpose of getting hearing aids but they really paid attention to my concerns and my needs for the aids. In the end I got the “invisible” aids (and yes they are virtually impossible to see) and I was fitted right then for the custom aids. I’ll add pictures later this week when I get them. There is nothing like fitting a COUPLE with hearing aids on the same day. Nothing. 💫
It’s a special experience regardless but going through it with your best friend, hearing all the new sounds together, asking each other what they’re noticing and how they are adjusting... it’s just.. special.
They each appreciated different perks of their new ears. Irv can now rock out to the Beach Boys right through his hearing aids while we get Sherry set up to stream phone calls with her daughter through her own pair of aids! We’re so happy for you two!

Maggie, Eileen and Ana are rockstars, not just in their given roles but with the positive energy that they each bring every single day. You can’t help but feel the love when you walk in the office.
