Dan brings over 30 years of mortgage banking experience to his position as a Reverse Mortgage Advisor with Liberty Home Equity Solutions, Inc.
As a native Atlantan, and graduate of Georgia State University, he has seen many changes in the housing industry. In 2000, he learned about the benefits of a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage and has since dedicated his career to educating seniors about this unique financial product.
Understanding the varied needs of seniors has led Dan to a deeper involvement in helping clients who want to stay in their homes. He is a founding member of the Atlanta chapter of the National Aging in Place Council. He has received the Georgia Mortgage Bankers Gold Award six times for his consistent loan production. He also hosts a weekly radio show on senior issues and volunteers with Second Helpings by delivering food to North Fulton food banks.
Dan is married to his high school sweetheart, Judy. They have two adult children (whom he wishes would move back to Atlanta). He enjoys adaptive skiing and handcycling on the Silver Comet Trail.
