Liberty Mechanical Inc. is looking for Residential HVAC Installers.
It is the responsibility of the installer to assist the Lead Installer with HVAC installations and other related HVAC components correctly and in a timely manner.
Job Duties:
• Assist the Lead Installer with Residential/Light Commercial HVAC installs
• Complete duct work layout and installation
• Work safely following company policies
• Provide assistance to other team members as directed by management
• Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle
• Any other assigned duties as directed by management
Job Requirements:
Education Experience:
• 1-3 years experience installing HVAC equipment Preferred
• EPA Certified
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
Key Competencies:
• Must be punctual and exhibit excellent attendance
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Honest and dependable
• Mechanically inclined
• Self-Motivated but able to take direction and be part of a team
• Valid CA driver's License with a good driving record
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check & health/drug screening
• Must be able to read and write in English
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to safely lift up to 100lbs
• Able to tolerate temperatures above 110 for extended periods of time
• Able to work overtime, if needed
• Able to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl

Residential HVAC Installers
This is a hybrid system we installed for a customer. It includes a traditional ducted system for the main house in duct free mini split for the downstairs office. This allows both spaces to control their temperatures independently along with an inverter driven condenser which drives both indoor units.
