Licensed Master Social Work Services (LMSWS) was created to provide affordable in-home counseling and care management services. LMSWS also performs substance abuse screenings and evaluations and can assist with Medicaid applications and Health Care Proxy forms.
LMSWS provides assistance throughout Queens and Long Island and specializes in providing services to disabled adults, seniors and the elderly. It is LMSWS’s hope that by bringing services to the individual and connecting people with quality, caring and confidential providers, more people will receive needed support and assistance.
