Make sure your actions are consistent with your goals and values. Even a small action can make a big difference!
Tantrums are a normal part of child development. It’s how our little ones express themselves. But that doesn’t mean it’s not exhausting and frustrating for parents trying to diffuse them. Sometimes the response that our children need the most is the hardest to offer in the moment.
During a tantrum, try to remain calm and use positive language to de-escalate the situation.

Sometimes breathing and reminding yourself everything will be ok is all you can do or need. Trusting yourself goes a long way when dealing with uncertainty and hardships.
