Additionally, Lifesource is the place to go for instruction in the Feldenkrais Method of awareness and movement by the area's only guild certified Feldenkrais Method instructor, Terence Cranendonk.

Up your Sunday with yoga like only Lifesource can deliver! Please note that all #ResponsibleRestartOhio public health mandates and requirements are met or exceeded at Lifesource. Accordingly, please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before class, be sure to spray hands with sanitizer upon arrival and remember no props are currently being shared (OK to BYO). Masks are required while in the studio but optional during periods of active movement. We encourage students to try wearing the masks throughout practice but the choice is ultimately up to you. The studio will be scrubbed clean & MicroSure mechanical kill disinfectant is in place on all surfaces. Medical grade HEPA-13 air purification will be in use and class size is restricted in our newly expanded studio space to allow more than 6 foot social distancing. Pre-registration is recommended to avoid disappointment.
