Our Respiratory Therapists specialize in providing care to medically fragile ventilator and trach dependent patients (infant, pediatric, adult) and their families. Life Tech stands behind the individualized service we provide to our patients and we are confident we can take exceptional care of yours. We are an in-network provider with Medicare, Medicaid, DSCC waiver program, and most third party payors. Life Tech currently works with many Hospice and Palliative Care providers as their source for pediatric home respiratory, enteral, and other ancillary equipment and supply needs. In addition, we work with Transitional Care Facilities to help transition medically fragile and technology dependent pediatric patient from the hospital to the homecare setting. Life Tech is accredited by ACHC and meets all local, state, and federal regulations as a licensed Home Medical Equipment Provider for patients in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. Life Tech has been acknowledged by the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) with the Quality Respiratory Care Recognition seal. In 2015 Life Tech was presented with the HME Excellence Award and recognized as one of the top 3 HME providers in the country! Life Techs Respiratory Support services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! Our bi-lingual staff is qualified to take new patient referrals, refill supply orders, and troubleshoot equipment problems. When dealing with medically fragile patients, proper education of the patient, family, and caregiver(s) is vital for a successful hospital discharge and safe homecare environment.
