your eyecare needs. Please call us to schedule an appointment, shop for
glasses, adjust glasses, or with any other questions you may have. Our doors
will remain locked at this time, so please call us upon arrival. We have
implemented numerous procedures to ensure the safety of our staff and
patients. Please review the summary of these procedures below. For those who
had scheduled appointments suspended during this time, we will be contacting
you to reschedule or you can call the office. Thank you for your patience
while we catch up. We are excited to get back to providing the care our
beloved patients and community expect and deserve!

IMPORTANT CLINIC CHANGES:
* We will operate with one doctor/day during the month of May at this
time.
* Remain at home if you are experiencing any symptoms of coughing,
shortness of breath, fever, or are currently positive with COVID-19.
* We are requiring all our patients and staff to wear a mask in our
clinic. Please bring a mask with you.
* We are only allowing patients who have an appointment inside the
clinic. Companions will be asked to stay in the vehicle. If a patient
requires assistance, one caregiver or parents will be allowed to accompany.
* Your temperature will be checked at the door by our staff. For the
safety of our staff, we will not allow entry to anyone with a fever > 99.5
degrees Fahrenheit.
* If you have an eye emergency, please call our office at the number
listed above. Please do not go to the ER or Urgent Care for eye problems
that may arise. Our voicemail will tell you both Dr. Hauge and Dr. Kennedy's
after-hours phone numbers.

This coronavirus is hitting too close to home! As of today November 4, we are by appointment only, this includes exams, medical visits, contact lens pickup and repair and pickup of eyeglasses. We thank you for your patience and understhanding.
Our very own Jan always wears her prescription Oakley sunglasses while archery hunting - she swears by the Prizm Trail lenses.
